Is this service legal?

Yes. The medical consultation process and diagnosis is completely free and without obligation. Any websites offering direct prescription medications are illegal, and websites that market any prescription drugs are also illegal in the US.

How does the online consultation work?

Online consultations are an innovation in health care that utilizes the Internet to improve patient access to the physician. Under this system, the patient no longer needs to receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, rather the patient completes an online questionnaire, and this questionnaire is then submitted to the physician.
